Students from Foundation Stage, all the way up to Year 7, took part in a plethora of mathematical problem-solving challenges, puzzles and games. From measuring giant circles of students, to creating an enormous paper chain of the first 300 digits of pi, our students explored one the most important concepts in maths. Every morning they took on the musical times-table challenge, and every lunch time they tackled a new estimation question. Problem solving was present in every aspect of the week, and we were in awe of the bright minds that shone throughout. Our students experienced enjoyable and captivating maths in every corner of the school, and it was a pleasure to see their enthusiasm and hard-working at every new challenge they faced.
